Violation of traffic laws will result in being removed from future bookings by host.
Traffic law violations are the responsibility of guest.

Charges may take up to 30 days to apply.

Tickets, Parking Violations, speeding/citations, tolls, impound, illegal parked/towing or any other violations issued during their rental period is the responsibility of the renter.

No Racing or Reckless Driving

Please be aware that the car is equipped with GPS monitoring to discourage any racing or reckless driving behaviors.
We prioritize safety and expect responsible driving during your trip.

Lost Key: In the unfortunate event of a lost key, there will be a fee of $50 to cover the replacement cost.

No drinking alcohol in vehicle
No booking for other people ex. Prom, video etc
No standing on vehicle or seats
Curb damage to rim will result in price for replacement blowouts cause by the renter is the responsibility of the renter to replace. 9ex. hitting a curb/pothole)

Must be at least 21 or older to book.

Please treat the vehicle as you would your own. The expectation is for the vehicle to be returned in the same condition that it was delivered. In the event that the vehicle is extremely unclean a cleaning fee of $100 will be issued.

Rental Terms

If you need to extend your rental dates, please call at least 24 hours before your booking ends.
The vehicle must be return no later than noon on the day of return.
You will be given pickup time and instructions on the day of pickup.

Local Rentals

This is local only rental. Atlanta & metro Atlanta areas only. If you drive outside of these areas, you will be charged & your reservation will be canceled immediately & There will be no refunds!!!
After 24 hours of you having the rental there is no refund for any reason
The only person that is allowed to drive the car is the person on the rental agreement. If found someone else is/has drove the vehicle your reservation will be canceled immediately, and you will not be allowed to rent from us again.
