There is a ZERO 🚫🚭tolerance policy for SMOKING!   If there is any evidence of smoke a $250 fee will be issued for violation. 

(HOOKAH/CIGARETTES/MARIJUANA/CIGARS/VAPING etc.   

⛽️ We ask that the vehicle is returned fueled at the level when picked up. Fuel charges include cost of gas plus a $10 convenience fee will be added if not.  

PLEASE ADHERE TO LOW FUEL WARNING   

• All guests must adhere to traffic laws. 
• Violation of traffic laws will result in being removed from future bookings by host. 
• Traffic law violations are the responsibility of guest. 

Charges may take up to 30 days to apply.  

Tickets, Parking Violations, speeding/citations, tolls, impound, illegal parked/towing or any other violations issued during their rental period is the responsibility of the renter.  

Absolutely NO PETS.   

Do not spray any excessive aerosols within the vehicle.   

No Racing or Reckless Driving 

• Please be aware that the car is equipped with GPS monitoring to discourage any racing or reckless driving behaviors. 
• We prioritize safety and expect responsible driving during your trip.  

Lost Key: In the unfortunate event of a lost key, there will be a fee of $50 to cover the replacement cost.  

• No drinking alcohol in vehicle  
• No booking for other people ex. Prom, video etc  
• No standing on vehicle or seats  
• Curb damage to rim will result in price for replacement blowouts cause by the renter is the responsibility of the renter to replace. 9ex. hitting a curb/pothole)
